What is OverDrive? Libby?
OverDrive is a digital platform that provides access to a wide range of ebooks and audiobooks, often through partnerships with libraries and educational institutions. Users can borrow digital content just like they would with physical library materials.
Libby is the app created by OverDrive that makes it easy to browse, borrow, and read or listen to these digital materials on personal devices like smartphones, tablets, or e-readers. Libby offers a seamless, user-friendly way to access OverDrive's content anywhere, with offline access available.
eBooks are digital versions of books that you can read on electronic devices such as computers, tablets, e-readers, or smartphones, with customizable features like adjustable text size and background color.
Audiobooks are recorded reading of a book that you can listen to on various devices, allowing you to enjoy books hands-free, often narrated by professional voice actors or the authors themselves.
