Formerly, the Secchia Institute housed a department library collection that was not listed in the LLC catalog. During the 2015-16 Academic Year, that collection was moved to the Library & Learning Commons and is currently being cataloged. As titles are cataloged, they are interfiled with the culinary collection already owned by the LLC. When the project is completed, GRCC will have the most comprehensive culinary collection in Western Michigan!
